New Website Launching: Health and Fitness Experts and Motivational Stories Needed

The Body Network will launch in January. Working on content now!

Hello Everyone!

Can you believe there are only a few weeks left of 2023. I have some exciting news: I am working on a new, soon-to-be-launched website with Galvanized, the brand behind Eat This, Not That!, Best Life, and Celebwell.

The Body Network, will cover a wide range of health, fitness, and body-related content, focusing on real people, fitness and diet experts, and health-industry insiders, will go live sometime in January 2024.

I will be sending a separate newsletter with specific stories I am working on and experts/comments needed. Email me at LeahSGroth@gmail.com. Please do not respond to this Substack. Those messages tend to get lost.

For upcoming content I am looking for the following:

• Trainers, nutritionists, and health experts to comment on stories and provide tips (For example, TK foods to help you lose weight, fuel workouts, etc. OR, best workouts to complement ozempic.)

• Fitness and Nutrition Heroes: These are real people's stories to inspire. Looking for inspirational people to tell their health journey stories. These could be people you know, clients, influencers, etc. 

• Send over any pitches you think could be a fit! I am open to everything health-related. But again, think real people – not celebs.
